RS-485 port option

Keycard input option

  • to replace RS-485 port with a keycard switch input.
  • when keycard switch input is OPEN, thermostat shall go to un-occupied mode.
  • when keycard switch input is closed, thermostat shall go to last "occupied mode" setting.

Operation mode Default settings Remarks
Un-occupied air-con mode: fan mode
fan speed: low
preset temperature: no change
When keycard signal is switched from ON -> OFF, thermostat will automatically change to this mode. 
Occupied last occupied-mode setting

When keycard signal is switched from OFF -> ON, thermostat will automatically change to this mode.

Last occupied-mode setting means that last guest settings before keycard removed.
